Welcome to Feet First Reflexology a place where you can relax, re-balance and restore both mind and body with reflexology, aromareflex, reiki and indian head massage.
I am passionate about reflexology and believe that it has the potential to help everyone learn to relax, release tensions, sleep better, improve their mood and aid their general well-being. Please remember it is complementary NOT alternative.
Each session is taken at your pace and tailored to your individual needs.
In 2003 I qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology and work with the Ingham method of reflexology.
I am a member of the International Institute of Reflexology along with the Association of Reflexologists, and comply with both code of ethics and hold appropriate insurance.
I have certification in a number of other therapies including Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Reiki.
So, relax you are in safe and professional hands.
I hope this website provides you with the information that you need about the treatments offered at Feet First Reflexology.
